I believe that collecting is about exploring and creating identity. Artist jewelry is a way to personally define oneself and have a direct relationship with an artist’s work.

Artist Jewelry

The Art as Jewelry as Art auction presented a collection of carefully selected and thoughtfully curated pieces of artists' jewelry. Tiffany’s aim was to share her passion for artists' jewelry with discerning collectors and to excite the interest of lovers of all kinds of art in this developing and important genre. The works presented are miniature sculptures. Acquiring one of them allows the buyer to experience an intimate relationship with the piece itself, the artist who created it, as well as a direct connection to the art movement it reflects.

Fashion

Tiffany was the Founder and Director of Sotheby’s Fashion department, selling everything from haute couture dresses to Tom Sach’s Paper Kelly Bag. She was the first at Sotheby’s to develop partnerships with luxury brands such as Chanel, Bombay Sapphire, Chopard, and Cartier. With nearly two decades of experience selling, appraising, and cataloging art, jewelry, and fashion, she has been involved in the sale of numerous prestigious collections, including: To Have and To Hold, Handbags, Nothing to Wear, Paris à la Mode, The Scaasi Couture Collection, Cocktails Auction and Pulp Fashion. According to one fashion correspondent, “What she has done is make the buying, selling and collecting vintage clothing from an obsessive, arcane club into the wider public arena” (Amy Fine Collins, Vanity Fair).
